I don't really have much to say on this right now, apart from how much I love this blanket.
I am following the step by step instructions over at Look At What I Made, and they are incredibly easy to follow. The blanket is working up very fast, although from looking at pictures of the finished blanket (Sophie's Universe) I feel that I may only be about half way through.
I have just finished part 5 of the tutorial, and thought that before I move onto part 6 I would post my progress. All the ends are woven in so far, and the blanket is getting to be quite heavy, but incredibly warm. I am starting to feel a bit panicky about time as I now have less than three weeks before my mum's birthday.
